Once you purchased a domain and hosting, you will get all the information to your registered email id to access customer area. Check your mailbox and verify your email Id. Then proceed to customer area. Log in to your account using the email and password used while registration process.
When you are logging in for the first time, you will see a pop-up box asking you to start a new website on your account.
Setup your website
Select Start a new website option. Click Wordpress icon. A form will display out under the selection. Fill the email, username, and password. Remember one thing. These credentials are used to manage your website using WordPress.
The email and password you used in the registration process in the previous article are used to manage domain and hosting. You can use that login details to upgrade your hosting, buy a new domain name, install some software on your website etc. You will not use it frequently.
The email and password you use in the WordPress installation process are used to create and update the contents of your website. You will usually use this login frequently. There is a difference. Don't get confused with the login accounts. One is for Siteground and another one is for WordPress, that's it.
Enhance your account
The options in this section are used for the privacy and security of your website with some extra cost. You can optionally select these if you want.
Once you complete setup, your WordPress website will be ready. Enter your website name in a browser. You will see a WordPress powered default home page. Officially your website is live now. Congratulations, you have done it.
